Create New Book Alerts

To create a new book alert, first Login to My Library Account.   Then, from the My Library Account screen,  search the OSU Libraries Catalog using keywords or subject headings for the topics you are interested in.       
Construct Preferred Search

Once your search has run, click on the "Save Search to My Record" icon next to the search bar.
Save Search to My Record

Then go back to your My Library Account.  Under the Preferred Searches heading on the right side of the screen, click on the link to your "Preferred Searches". My Library Account


Your Preferred Searches will appear as a list at the bottom of the screen.  To receive an email when new items are added to the Catalog that match your saved searches, check the "Mark for email" box by a search.  You can save up to 25 searches. Email Alert
